Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the garment must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original designer tags intact.

2. Provide your Order Reference Number (e.g. BFL-XXXXXXXX-XXXX) and photo of the issue.
3. Ship the parcel back to our Boalkhali atelier or handover to our return courier.
4. Once received and inspected, replacement pieces or refunds are issued within 3 business days.
